Dear all
I would like to understand the meaning of the MFA numbers in the RV coefficient table (e.g. MFA labelled columns and rows into the table )
Thanks in advanced

Hello,

The RV coefficients here are used to compute the similarity of two different configurations resulting from the MFA. Regarding the column and row MFA, they compare the configuration obtained with one group of variables and the configuration
obtained with all groups known as common configuration.

At the example of the tutorial we see that the configuration of the variable Shake is the closest to the common configuration.
Hence the variability of the group Shake is well explained by the MFA space.

Hope that helps !

Regards,
Thalia
