Need a hand? All the help you want just a few clicks away
Hi, I'm having some trouble with setting up an anova with repeated measures with three interaction / levels. I have time point data that has different sand and different water types. All the examples in the tutorials only deal with one other fixed factor. In my case I have two fixed factors ( sand and water) How do I implement this into the repeated measure anova model? Or is there a different model that I should be using. Thanks for your help, if you need any more details please ask.Noah Stern
You can select the water and sand types as the qualitative independent variables of your repeated measures anova model. Once you click OK to launch the analysis a window “Factors and interactions”. There you can select more than one variable as fixed factors. You can also introduce interactions in your model by activating the corresponding option of the dialog box.
I hope this helps.
