Which model should I use?

By LI | Apr 01, 2016 04:00PM CEST

I have a set of data which contains samples each with aprox. 15 variables. I want to group /differentiate the samples, which model will be the best to solve this problem? I have tried PCA, Factor analysis, and K means cluster. But so far none of them gave a good factor value. Another question is I would like to build a model to group the samples based on these data, then I will be be able to pin point my future data into a group. I have this idea, but there is no clue how to proceed. Thanks,
