Using Games-Howell or Tamhane's post-hoc tests in ANOVA TWO-WAY

By Maria João Monteiro | May 01, 2016 07:54PM CEST

Is it possible to use Games-Howell or Tamhane's post-hoc tests in ANOVA TWO-WAY?
Each time I select either, XLSTAT doesn't report any multicomparison result!
Is there other multicomparison test in xlstat that I can use when having different variances (besides Fisher, which inflates type I error)
Thank you
Best regards

Dear Maria,

The Games Howell test is generally recommended when the homogeneity of variances is violated.
Please refer to our tutorial at this link to see how to use multiple commparisons tests with XLSTAT.
If you still need some help, you can send us your data and output at support@xlstat.com.

Regards,
Thalia
