I have rainfall data of hourly intensity (mm/h ) for a total duration of 72 hours. I need to construct a histogram of hourly rainfall intensity for a total range of 72 hours (i.e. 72 bars) with the bin width being very small like a needle. I also need to create another histogram (continuous line) representing cumulative rainfall for the 72 hours duration. A sample diagram is provided in an MS-Word document, which can be downloaded by clicking the dropbox link below. Would anybody at XLSTAT be kind enough to provide a step-by-step tutorial/instructions on how to go about it?

Dear Parag,

You can read the tutorial linked hereunder in order to understand how to create a histogram with XLSTAT:
https://help.xlstat.com/customer/en/portal/articles/2062046-creating-histograms-and-fitting-a-distribution-with-xlstat?b_id=9283

You can also create cumulative histograms inside the <histogram>function.
