What is the best test to use

By Caitlin Garner | Nov 05, 2016 03:08AM CET

Hi there,

I have a data set that contains 30 or so water chemistry parameters (measurements) taken from 29 sites. I am looking to find a test that will tell me if these sites are statistically different from one another. There is no temporal data, that is, there is only one measurement per parameter per site. I completed PCA, which is helpful, and hierarchal clustering... is there anything else you would suggest?

Hello Caitlin,

You may complete your Hierarchical Clustering by describing your clusters using descriptive statistics or parallel coordinates plots. Check out the end of this pdf: https://www.xlstat.com/uploads/media/training/0001/01/3d69092b10fe2021dc13ee33b521bc9d11ec7429.pdf
