Difference between PCA & FA

Let me know the difference of the two PCA and FA. Where can I get the data set that you have shown in the demo

Dear Rajesh,

Principal Components Analysis is used to reduce the data into a smaller number of components whereas Factor Analysis allows you to understand what constructs underlie the data (latent class).
