Multiple Factor analysis

By Sara | Jan 13, 2017 04:44PM CET

Is it possible with XLSTAT to analyse quantitative data (evaluations on a rating scale) and a frequency table (e.g. results of CATA)? Because I read only PCA and Multiple Correspondence analysis is performed, not correspondence analysis. Thanks

Hello Sara,

There is a specific method used in ecology, that allows linking one quantitative variables table to one contingency table. It is called the Canonical Correspondence Analysis. It is available in XLSTAT-Ecology, XLSTAT-Psy and XLSTAT-Premium.
