RDA

By Sólvá Jacobsen | Jan 18, 2017 10:10AM CET

Hi,
I have recently purchased your ecological package and now I am trying your RDA analysis. I have 4 possible explanatory variables and 7 response variables. The test comes out as significant i.e. p < 0.05 (monte-carlo permutation test). So far so good. The question is where do I go from there. How do I determine which of the response variables is related to which of the explanatory variables?

Hi Sólvá,
I suggest you to have a look at the RDA Map displayed in the output. This chart allows you to visualize the relationship between the response variables and the explanatory variables.
Regards,
