Correlations corrected for multiple comparisons

By Sara | Oct 30, 2017 07:44PM CET

Is it possible with xlstat to correct for multiple comparisons when calculating correlations (with Pearson)?
I'm asking this because I have a case when I have many variables (15)

Hi Sara,

Good to hear from you.
XLSTAT doesn’t automatically correct p-values in correlation matrices.
However, you’re able to manually compute Bonferroni corrections over the computed p-values within Excel :
Bonferroni-corrected p-value = minimum(original p-value x number of p-values, 1)
With 15 variables, you must have 105 computed p-values, I assume.

Jean Paul
