Weather prediction tutorial?

By Łukasz Rosielewski | Nov 08, 2017 05:40PM CET

Hi, I was looking at your learning materials, but I can't deal with one issue. I would like to make a 7-day weather forecast based on historical data. Do you have any tutorial that could be useful for this type of analysis/prognosis?

Hello,

You could try smoothing: https://help.xlstat.com/customer/en/portal/articles/2062241-holt-winters-seasonal-multiplicative-model-in-excel?b_id=9283
or ARIMA: https://help.xlstat.com/customer/en/portal/articles/2062242-fit-an-arima-model-to-a-time-series-in-excel?b_id=9283
Just add the number of steps you want to predict under the Prediction tab :)
