Significance by cell (Fisher's exact test)

By James Frank | Nov 29, 2017 08:14PM CET

In my table {Significance by cell (Fisher's exact test)}, I only get either a < or >.
The table has a label: Values displayed in red are significant at the level alpha=0.05
Is there a way to see numerical values instead?

Hi James,

Do you mean you want to see the p-values instead? I’ll ask our development team for their advice and get back to you soon.

How do you interpret the direction of the symbols? For my tests they do not seem to match the raw data.

Hello Jack,

Symbols show if the actual value is equal (=), lower (<) or higher (>) than the theoretical value.
Let me know if that makes sense for your data.

Hi, I tried Fisher's exact test. The reason I tried was the I needed to do Fisher's exact test. But the it only said
that "the exact p-value could not be computed". Could you tell me what I did wrong?
