sensitivity analysis of matched survival outcomes

By dr p ariyaratnam | Dec 06, 2017 03:29PM CET

Dear sir/madam,

There are formulaes to calculate the sensitivity of observed findings to the presence of unmeasured confounding variables in a propensity-matched analysis. Is it possible to perform a sensitivity analysis on survival outcomes (kaplan-meier curves/Log-rank) of propensity matched data using XLStat or is there an Excel Formula that can be used?

Kind Regards,

Priyad

Hi Priyad,

Thanks for your question. Unfortunately, XLSTAT does not propose survival features that allow analyzing matched pairs of data. Why don’t you submit the idea on our development ideas platform? ideas.xlstat.com

Kind regards,

Jean Paul
