Hi, I am running a survey with 500 respondents. We are using MaxDiff analysis to examine 9 attributes in sets of 3. I am finding conflicting guidance about how many questions to ask to get valid data (and ranking from best>worst of the 9 attributes). Using this calculator: http://www.sawtoothsoftware.com/support/knowledge-base/general-issues/1665-maxdiff-calculator I come up with 9 questions.(3*9)/3=9Will 9 questions get me what I need?Thank you!!!
Yes, 9 from 15 questions should be fine for your survey. It depends on the time you want respondents to spend to complete the survey.
